Return Policy
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us in advance. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service and timing:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Services already in progress may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on the stage of completion
Product Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer service adjustments or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Record Condition Issues

Shipping Returns
When returning products, please use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging when possible. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

- Services that have been completed and delivered
- Products that have been used or opened (unless defective)
